Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. You will probably find it easier if you exercise in loosely fitting clothes such as tracksuit bottoms, cargo shorts, and a loose tshirt or top. For shoes, it would be best to wear trainers, or another non-slip type shoe. Don't worry about buying top brands and trainers that cost an arm and a leg! At Cathy's Classes, we just want you to feel comfortable in the clothes you have. All of our classes are friendly, so just come along and be yourself! |
